We’re thrilled to announce that “From TJ to Truck,” a recent publication in the San Diego Reader, has featured Corazon de Torta for the second time, the first time we made the cover, we debuted at their taco festival “Tacotopia” and made such a big impact that they featured us in the Reader’s Taco edition. This article tells the inspiring story of how our truck came to be, from the founder’s love for traditional Mexican cuisine to the challenges we faced in starting the business.
